Mohammad is the Quality and Assurance Manager at Love in Care. With a rich background in English Literature and Language, Mohammad holds a Master’s degree in Applied Translation. His professional journey began as a high school English teacher, where he honed his communication and leadership skills. Following this, he worked extensively as an interpreter in courts, solicitors’ offices, the Home Office, and with the police, providing crucial support across various legal and governmental settings.
The COVID-19 pandemic marked a turning point for Mohammad, fostering a deep sense of compassion and a commitment to supporting people in need. This led him to join Love in Care, where he plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services that meet both the company’s strategic goals and the stringent standards of the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Currently, Mohammad is further advancing his expertise by studying to become a Chartered Manager in Health and Social Care, reinforcing his dedication to excellence and continuous improvement in the care sector.
