Naila Malik embodies the essence of Love in Cares’ health and well-being ambassador role, with her extensive experience in elderly care spanning over 25 years, Naila has traversed various positions, starting as a compassionate carer and progressing to become a community health development worker at Moor Allerton Elderly Care. Beyond her professional endeavours, Naila is a dedicated mother to four children and a compassionate carer to her own parents. Her commitment to serving her community in Leeds shines through her extensive volunteer work and leadership roles. Naila has organised numerous local health and well-being events, fostering unity and harmony among community members.
Recognising the value of education and empowerment, Naila is a certified parent Group leader, delivering impactful parenting courses within the community. However, her journey doesn’t end there. Fueling her passion for nutrition and its profound influence on health and well-being, Naila is currently pursuing a degree in nutritional therapy and lifestyle medicine. Naila’s aspiration revolves around enhancing the nutritional and emotional health of the elderly, recognising these as pivotal elements in maintaining optimal well-being.
