Personal Care encompasses a large range of essential services aimed at supporting individuals with their daily living activities and maintaining their personal hygiene, comfort, and overall well-being. It involves providing assistance and support for tasks that may be challenging for individuals due to age, disability, illness, or other circumstances. We provide the same support worker and/or two workers for timed visits and ensure continuous support with day and night sitting. We prioritise cultural appropriateness by ensuring that our support workers speak the same languages as our patients and have experience in understanding and respecting cultural and religious aspects throughout the care period
